If you decide to work with West End Wealth Management and Barnett Financial Group, we want you to know what to expect. We follow a five step process with every client and potential client so we can ensure that we are providing value to everyone we work with.

Throughout our process we want to provide you with enough information to decide if we are the right advisors for you and your family. To make sure that we are the right advisors for you, we will ask that you provide us with a full look into your financial life. This process will take time. We will work together to create a financial plan that works for you and your family.

We understand that our responsibilities as your advisor are critical in helping you provide a safe and comfortable life for generations to come, and we do not take that lightly. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

Our initial contact will be a 15-minute phone call with our team to get to know you, and for you to get to know our team. If both sides determine that we would like to move forward, we will move to step two of the process.

We will set aside an hour for our initial meeting. Prior to this meeting you will receive an emailed link to provide us with documents relevant to your financial well-being. This meeting is your time, and we want to make sure that we do not waste it. During our introductory meeting we will be prepared to answer any questions that you may have about our firm, financial advising, and your future goals. We will also ask you questions about your past financial experience and future plans. After the meeting our team will begin to build a financial plan based on the information you provided to us.

If you feel that our introductory meeting was valuable, we will schedule a second meeting. In this second meeting we will discuss the financial plan that we have begun to build. We will walk you through potential investment, cashflow, estate planning, and tax planning scenarios that may have an impact on your financial life.

Before we sign any paperwork or open any accounts we want you to go home and sleep on it. We do not take the decision of bringing on a new client lightly and we know it is a big decision on who you decide to trust with the care of your money. Take your time in determining whether or not we are the best fit for you and your family.

We will set aside an hour for our initial meeting. Prior to this meeting you will receive an emailed link from us to provide us with relevant documents that we will need to make sure that we are prepared to discuss your financial situation in detail. This meeting is your time, and we want to make sure that we do not waste it. During this meeting we will be prepared to answer any questions that you may have about our firm, financial advising, and your future goals. We will also ask you questions about your past financial experience and future desires. After this meeting we will begin to build a financial plan based on the information gathered in this meeting.

Before we sign any paperwork or open any accounts we want you to go home and sleep on it. We do not take the decision of bringing on a new client lightly and we know it is a big decision on who you decide to trust with the care of your money.
